The AI Advisors Prompt
Five advisors, who will validate, question and challenge your work until its perfect.
Most people think AI gives bad answers.
I think they’re asking bad questions.
Before I build anything in Claude, I run it through what I call the AI Advisors Prompt.
Not because Claude isn’t smart enough.
Because most people are only getting one perspective (their own, bolstered by the claude yes man).
This prompt creates five advisors with completely different ways of thinking:
- The Contrarian → What will fail?
- The First Principles Thinker → Is this even the right question?
- The Expansionist → What’s the bigger opportunity?
- The Outsider → What am I taking for granted?
- The Executor → What can I actually ship this week?
Then it forces those perspectives to challenge each other before giving a final recommendation.
The result?
Better decisions. Better products. Fewer blind spots.
I’ve found that most bad AI outputs aren’t caused by bad AI.
They’re caused by narrow thinking.
