Terms

The plain-English version.

I'm one person running this site, not a big company with a legal department. These terms are just the simple agreement between you and me when you use the site or sign up. No tricks, no fine print buried in jargon.

Last updated: 3 June 2026

By using the site, you agree to this

When you browse the site, subscribe to the newsletter, or download a resource, you're agreeing to these terms. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, that's completely fine: just don't use the site or sign up.

What the site offers

You get a weekly email newsletter and a library of resources. Most resources are free: you grab them in exchange for your email. Some are paid: the price is shown clearly before you buy, and you pay through Stripe (more on that just below). I may add more paid products over time.

Paying for resources

Paid resources are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price and currency are shown before you buy, and payment is taken securely by Stripe, your card details go to Stripe, never to me. As soon as your payment goes through you get instant access to the resource and an email with your access link. A paid resource is for your own personal use, the same as the free ones: please don't resell, share, or redistribute it.

Refunds

Because resources are digital and you get them instantly, all sales are final once you've accessed or downloaded the file, so please choose carefully. The clear exception is your rights under the law: if you're an Australian consumer, the Australian Consumer Law guarantees still apply, and if a resource is faulty, not as described, or otherwise doesn't do what it was meant to, you're entitled to a remedy including a refund. If something's wrong, just email me and I'll make it right.

Your email

To get the newsletter or a resource, you give me your email address and confirm it (the double opt-in step). I handle that email exactly as described in the Privacy policy: I collect as little as possible, use it only for what you signed up for, and never sell it.

Play fair

Please don't abuse the site. That means no scraping it, no trying to break in or overload it, no attacks of any kind, and no signing other people up without their permission. Just use it the normal, human way it was meant to be used.

Who owns the content

The writing, the resources, and everything else I make for this site are mine. You're welcome to use the resources, free or paid, for your own personal use. What you can't do is resell them, redistribute them, or pass them off as your own work. If you'd like to share something, link to the site instead of copying it.

Resources come "as is"

I put real care into the resources, but they're shared as is. I can't promise they'll fit your exact situation or deliver a specific result, and there's no warranty of any kind attached to them. Use your own judgement and adapt things to what works for you. For paid resources, consumer guarantees that the law says can't be excluded (such as those under the Australian Consumer Law) still apply on top of this.

Limits on liability

I do my best to keep the site running and the content useful, but I can't be held responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the resources. You use them at your own discretion. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

Links to other sites

Sometimes I'll link out to tools, articles, or other sites I think are worth a look. I don't control those sites and can't vouch for what they do with your data or what they show you. Once you click through, you're in their hands, not mine.

Changes to these terms

If I update these terms, I'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page so you can always see when things last shifted. If a change is significant, I'll do my best to flag it. Carrying on using the site after an update means you're okay with the new version.

Ending things

You can leave whenever you like: every email I send has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops the newsletter for good. Unsubscribing only stops the emails, it doesn't affect any resource you've already bought. On my side, I can end someone's access if they abuse the site or break these terms. For everyone playing fair, that'll never come up.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes relating to them or to your use of the site will be handled in the Australian courts.
